Pros:
It’s close to the train.
Cons:
Rats, roaches, flooding, faulty sewage system, lack of care from owner, doesn’t abide by apartment regulations.
Advice to owner:
Read an owners manual before buying a building. Learn how to take care of issues in apartment properly.
