Needs repairs but not a bad location

Pros:
1. Location (close to Gateway Center, trains, buses, Queens, etc. without being in the center of the busyness) 2. Apartments are kind of spacious
Cons:
1. Pest control is not where it should be 2. Heat controlled by landlord 3. Place needs repairs
