This building is terrible. Landlords only see money and not people.
Former Tenant
Pros:
The security of the apartments are ok!
Cons:
Terrible management, terrible selfish neighbors. Building in bad shape and apartment isn’t worth it. Very small rooms.
Advice to owner:
Once everyone lease is current. Shut down the building for renovation. This building is falling apart and the smell of molds everywhere is terrible.
