Not good landlords

Pros:
Spacious 3 bedrooms big open kitchen separate big living room
Cons:
Unresponsive landlords, pest issues, poor electrical, train is outside and loud, hot water gives out too fast
Advice to owner:
Stop having your daughter abuse her power as a “lawyer” to take advantage of the tenants
