Pros:
None they’re dirty
Cons:
Mice infestation LEAD
Advice to owner:
Get an exterminator to get rid of the mice infestation, learn tenet/landlord rights. Repaint whole apartment, get brand new appliances, new bathtub as well as bathroom sink. Stop putting fertilizer on the plants out front, doing this attracts nothing but flies. Get a control on the moths thats are constantly flying about all over the apartment; coming out the cabinets in the kitchen. Along with getting new appliances; you should definitely get rid of the fridge that has mice living in the back of the fridge; they are literally inside of the back fridge. You can hear them crawling and squeaking if you were to put your ear on the side of fridge. Also get an exterminator to do your backyard as well due to there being a mice infestation back there too. I can hear them squeaking and crawling along side the wall and onto the wires outside. Put on heat when it’s cold outside. Do not lie claiming the heat is on when the radiators are stone cold.

UPDATE: APARTMENT POSITIVE FOR LEAD!!!!!
