Disgusting building management

Pros:
Big rooms but literally nothing else
Cons:
Literally everything else Packages missing all the time front door never locked terrible area and people in the area , literally nothing good about this building or the management

Cons:
Rodents everywhere! Very poor unsafe electricity, no gas or heat throughout the whole building, there is mold & infestation of flies during summer oh & to top it off the plumbing is terrible ! The landlord is a liar and scammer I highly do not recommend!
Advice to owner:
Sell the building or re-renovate but it’s disgusting so fix it !
