Worse “Apartment” Ever.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Absolutely no pro’s to this building!
Cons:
Entirely too many mice & water bugs in EVERY SINGLE ROOM!! Unsanitary landlords also throw mice out the kitchen window. They also put roach gel all around my cabinets, dishes and food. DO NOT move in there with the toddler. They expect you to sit your baby down in another room as you cook because their bedroom is your living room. They stand in hallway to intimidate you as you come and go. They call the police and fire department if you don’t let them in without a scheduled inspection for an issue that’s NOT AN EMERGENCY. They also call family members (their daughter) to intimidate you into paying rent, although the rent was paid a year in advanced through the SOTA program. Super unprofessional and miserable to live here!!!
Advice to owner:
Don’t rent out the apartment if you’re just going to be miserable landlords. If You’re too old to maintain basic living conditions for hardworking tenants, don’t rent out the hell hole!
