Disgusting building

Pros

None at all

Cons

Garbage all over the building. There are rats and water bugs all over. There is no super to maintain building clean. The hallways are horribly dirty. HPD needs to investigate. Worst than a city shelter.

Advice to the owners

You need to clean up your act. You should not own a building in f your not capable of maintaining it. Horrible landlord
