My brief review
Former Tenant
Pros:
Not many tenants. The landlord was very responsive for problems which he could solve, some he deliberately ignored. The water pressure really good... and NO PEST. Someone moved out once which caused increased roaches, but pest control was sent and again no pest. And they do not keep the building much cleaned
Cons:
The neighbors were loud, involved in substance abuse domestic violence. Tenets also smoked in the hallways which sometimes got in the apartment. The tenets were very loud. Also I had no working doorbell. No doorbell for years, and he would claim to fix it but never did. I was here over 2 years and no painting or much maintenance. The heating system is old, which can cause high puddles of water.
Advice to owner:
Just upkeep the cleanliness of building and offer painting, it's in the lease..
