Not worth the headache

There are none
Cons:
Jacked up remt from year to year rodents out of control
Everything breaks fast and cheap
Nothing is fixed properly
Everything is half assed
Electric wiring is shot to hell
Apartment buzzer never worked
Drop ceiling
Never get a response from landlord til weeks later
Just isn't worth it
