The landlord is the absolute worst!

Cons:
This building is falling apart the landlord doesn’t have a exterminator there’s a lot of rats everywhere. The landlord and his wife banged on the door constantly arguing with tenants and threatening them with eviction and raising the rent . If you don’t want to be harassed please don’t rent from this landlord
Advice to owner:
Stop renting to tenants if you and your wife are going to continue harassed everyone that move in to your house!
