Awful landlord, slumlord, he is very disrespectful rude

Pros:
Neighbors are polite respectful
Cons:
Landlord doesn't like to replace or repair damages to the apartment Landlord is rude disrespectful property has lots of mice roaches and water leakage all through out the apartment no updated appliances molded bathroom with peeling tub and old painted walls
Advice to owner:
Change his attitude towards his tenants and stop living in the basement of the property
