A cheap place to live
Former Tenant
Pros:
Rent is set at a fair price
Cons:
Loud street, neighbors leave trash and dog poop on the sidewalk and in trash area. Issue with leaky faucets, cracks in walls, chipping paint, missing space in wood floor. Roaches, flies, gnats, centipedes.
Advice to owner:
Respond to complaints faster and manage upkeep on your building and your appliances.

Worst landlord in Brooklyn
Former Tenant
Pros:
In an area where public transportation can be easily accessible.
Cons:
Landlord don’t care about taking care of building. Have mice, outside surroundings is always nasty. Can never get in contact with owner. He doesn’t care about tenants only money.
Advice to owner:
Have a heart. Take care of your building and your tenants. Stop being so greedy and disrespectful.
