Pros:
Close to the train station.
Cons:
The building is not maintained properly. The lights go out in the whole building more than once , there’s still a temporary wiring keeping our lights on as of right now. The landlord allows anyone from any walks of life to live here and be destructive.

The PEST are the biggest problem. We have RATS and mice here as well . His maintenance men are not educated on taking care of this building they do not do the job that is necessary. He hires a different person to control the pest control here and it does not work at all they have been many complaints by the tenants in this building alone that they have seen remains and knowing that there is a rat that runs through their apartment and the roaches are another big problem. He knows this as well and he does the bare minimum to keep it up and running.

Also The breaker box out of the nine switches the last one goes out on its own and I will have to cut it back on . I don’t cut it off it cuts off on its own completely as if it’s giving me the signal that there’s too much electricity being pulled.
