Pros:
The unit does have amazing hardwood floors with the original kitchen sink and tub to the building. The heat is via steam radiator which is nice in the winter since its consistent and doesn't add to any utility bills.
Cons:
No ability to contact owners/landlords directly.
Building is not maintained well.
Many of the windows do not close fully or open fully.
No waste management system in place.
No effective pest control provided by owners.
only contact with someone connected to the owners is a "building manager" who doesn't live on premise and only contacts you via blocked number. No text or email access.
