I wouldn’t mind living here if my Landlard could stay onto of everything

Pros:
Friendly neighbors inside outside the park is right there with the sprinklers ... the 3train is 4 blocks away not far at all ... also you could walk too UITCA an other different places such as Pitkin an a lot of shopping areas around so it’s very convenient .....
Cons:
A lot of strange faces walk in an out of this building ... the whole building need to be renovated ... parking is horrible the building haven’t been swept or moped in 3 weeks . The electoral system sucks can’t use the microwave an the AC at the same time etc...
Advice to owner:
We deserve a cleaner building especially because it’s Covid 19 our building havent been clean for a very long time
