Born and raised in East Flatbush
Former Tenant
Pros:
Hardly any issues with heat
Cons:
The previous super cared so much more snout the cleanliness of the building. The super we have now doesn’t care as much but the building isn’t filthy. Living here all my life, you notice a difference
Advice to owner:
Tell super to put more effort in cleaning regularly. There was a dead bug on one of the landings for over a year. No exaggeration
