Amenaties are Old

Pros:
The Building is nice-ish I liked liveing in a duplex the design of the apartment is cool.
Cons:
The neighbors are loud and always arguing. particularly on the first floor. The amenaties are old - when I lived there it took them 4 months to fix the diswasher from the date I moved in - then they charged me for minor paint chips that are normal wear and tear of renting. It looks nice when you visit but once you live there you see that alot of the things were cheaply put together. The washing machine does not work and they will argue you down saying that it does so you will have to go around the corner to the laundry mat. There is no direct sunlight that comes into the apartment.
Advice to owner:
Fix things before your rent the unit
