Pros:
Near the 4/5 train
Easy accessible to the city
Cons:
Landlord/owners Ronald and Crystal are the worst
The apartment is infested
The owners/landlord not respond to anything but screams communication
Blames everything on the tenant
The apartment had extreme holes behind the stove, inside wardrobe, behind the toilet
Owners/landlord both lie a lot
Advice to owner:
Get down of your high horse and properly renovate your place and stop lying
