Not Ideal But Bearable
Former Tenant
Pros:
Pet friendly, spacious lobby, near many stores and transportation
Cons:
HORRIBLE pest control, mouse problem was very bad at one point, roaches in some building and waterbugs in the lobby often. Horrible intercom, packages often get stolen, water can get cut off without notice, super can take weeks to get back to you, and so much more. Definitely not an ideal building to live in but better than nothing
Advice to owner:
Listen to the teants concerns and actually fix things that matter.

Stay Away from Here
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location, location, location
Cons:
1. constant never ending rodent issues. I had roaches crawl on me at least 3 times while sleeping. 2. Trash area is too small 3. Very hallow ceiling and walls; therefore you hear when the tenant above walks and you can hear the next door neighbor conversations. 4. The current super Christian, gives the run around to fix simple requests and/or does not know what he’s doing. 5. Constant smell of mold especially in the summer months 6. Tenants steal other tenants packages. 7. Tenants and random people sit in the stair case to smoke weed and drink.
