This building sucks

Pros:
Only thing I like is how long I’ve lived here and how close it was to my school and the train
Cons:
The neighbors are terrible blasting music all night the landlord harasses you if you live there too long and it constantly smells and the lock to the building is constantly broken
Advice to owner:
Respect your tenants
