The Rockaway Parkway Building
Former Tenant
Pros:
I like the way the building is set up and I like the heat and hot water.
Cons:
I don’t like that the building is not kept clean and not secure enough to keep strangers from coming in.
Advice to owner:
Keep the building clean and secure. Put lights in front of the building and fix the intercom so the tenants can know who is ringing the doorbell.
