Former Tenant
Pros:
The only good thing about this place is moving out and some of the sweet old people. If you’re lucky sometimes you’ll find someone with manners who would help you with your things.
Cons:
There’s these nasty couple in 11b who steals packages and vandalized people’s property. People leave trash in the building. Rent goes up while nothing gets fixed. Had to pay for my own pest control and repairs from being flooded or mold. They try their hardest to not do any work and the landlord literally only does the trash. People literally get shots outside and robbed. The door is broken and homeless sleeps there and pee everywhere. AVOID AT ALL COST PLEASE ITS BETTER TO BE HOMELESS THEN LIVE HERE ILL NEVER EVEN GO ON THAT BLOCK AGAIN!!!!!!
Advice to owner:
You should just give up on the business and sell peanuts.
