Lots of "Disadvantaged" tenants...clean building...low rents
Former Tenant
Pros:
Clean. Super comes when called. Heat monitored by computer system. Latino manager. My apartment was very big and had lots of good closet space. It was newly renovated and had a nice big common room. Was able to stay with the management company which is good at answering calls and able to avoid a lot of fees. The rent is low. It is not lux but its a very good place to live. Let me break my lease when I was unhappy
Cons:
The building has a lots of city program tenants inside of it that don't seem to take care of the apartments. They sometimes bother the super, or drop trash. The building is old, but most are. No extras offered. Don't like having to live near city tenants.
Advice to owner:
Kick out the city tenants. Offer at least some amenities. Renovate the lobby.
