Horrible building management

Pros:
Spacious rooms and balcony
Cons:
Not well maintained. People hang out in the building and do all kinds of vandalism. No type of security for any packages being delivered.

Pros:
Usually large spaces with a veranda if you're lucky
Cons:
Lack of heat during the cold months. Leaky pipes. Ceiling cracks from time to time. Loud neighbors. Building is dirty and poorly maintained. People continuously break into the building.
Advice to owner:
Stop charging insane rent for poor living conditions.
