DIRTY BUILDING DO NOT RENT HERE!!

Pros:
Absolutely nothing, I hated living here. The landlord is terrible.
Cons:
I continuously had black outs, meaning no power!! & no it wasn’t the whole building affected it was a few of us who dealt with it non-stop! They have huge water bugs and let’s not forget the rats!!
Advice to owner:
Stop being negligent, if you can’t provide a habitable living space for your tenants sell the building to someone who can!
