Decent but could be way better
Former Tenant
Pros:
The modern design of the apartments is decent and the rooms typically get a large amount of sunlight depending which unit you have.
Cons:
Management is difficult to deal with when there are problems. They cover up issues with plaster and paint, and as little money as possible. deepening on the unit there were some plumbing issues that took months to resolve. The creepy basement is completely disgusting and the pest person believes that any pest issues come from the basement up. Litigation issues became a thing and it was a tricky situation to navigate for the different units.
