Horrible building
Former Tenant
Pros:
They refuse to fix anything. The building needs to be renovated.
Cons:
It’s never clean and everything leaks. The toilets, tubs and sinks over flow
Advice to owner:
Sell or invest in remodeling. Take better care of the building
