What I’ve learned about this property
Former Tenant
Pros:
I like the amount of space you get for the apartment. Pet friendly and I can access the roof.
Cons:
Management are not as responsive. Electrical issues, rodent and insect issues left unresolved, theft issues, hallways are DISGUSTING, garbage area attracts rodents, creeps on the 3rd floor.
Advice to owner:
Take better care of the property

Nothing about this property is like a likable, the landlord and his lawyers are liars!

Stop being a slumlord and do actual repairs
