Pros:
Maybe cheap-ish rent
Cons:
Dirty building. Numerous calls to the owners to clean and they do not care. Tenants leave front door wide open for friends, even though there’s a working intercom system. This invites unscrupulous people/thieves. Lobby/staircase stinks most days.lots of flies!
Advice to owner:
Clean the building. Install working camera to see who is violating rules.
