Decent Apartment with Responsive Landlord

Pros:
- The landlord was very responsive to exterminator requests and other issues. - Accessible transportation options include buses and dollar vans. - Heating is reliable (though excessive at times).
Cons:
The location is far from the train, and the B46 bus is unreliable. Waterbugs frequently enter from outside. - The heat from the heater gets extremely hot and humid, which can be uncomfortable. - Poor insulation leads to hearing neighbors very clearly. - The area can be noisy, with people playing loud music sometimes. - The first-floor apartment gets little natural sunlight.
