Home sweet home
Former Tenant
Pros:
Ten years ago landlord replaced entire building windows and lobby entrance door. Lawn in front of the building is kept in great condition. Video cameras were installed outside of the building and in the lobby. Intercom system updated as well. Janitor sweeps in front of the building every day and garbage collecting containers area kept clean and maintained well.
Cons:
Once in the while package getting stollen from lobby by some crappy neighbor. Lobby and stairs need cleaning. Some times only lobby gets cleaned, rest of the building floors and stairs left uncleaned, like it does not belong to building. No elevator. No laundry on premisses.
Advice to owner:
Cleaning schedule for lobby, stairs and floors need to be established. Cleaning needs to be supervised.
