The Absolute Worst
Former Tenant
Pros:
-Beautiful sunlight in every room. -High ceilings. -Neighbours are generally nice, respectful, and quiet. -AC’s are very efficient and powerful (we never paid more than $100-$150 between 3 adults for heat and cooling)!
Cons:
-Super is comically horrible. I wonder if the landlord told him to be stupendously half-assed at his job to save money or something. He's gaslit me, come into my apartment with no warning, locked me out once when he came in while I was away (and then said he wouldn't help me get into my one and only home because he was "off-duty"; when I called the management office, they said I'd have to pay a $20 fee for forgetting my key but he tried to scam me and ask for $50 before I made him call his own goddamn office to confirm), and is just overall rude. I hate him passionately. -Never met the landlord. Who even is she/he? -Management office won't respond to you 75% of the time if you have a legitimate complaint. -Electric stove is extremely finicky, annoying, and a pain to clean. -Floors have like a "sticky" texture to them making them almost impossible to clean. -Windows are not insulated well; in the winter there’s condensation and mold will grow like crazy. :( -Water takes FOREVER to warm up!!!!! -Only one set of weak laundry machines to serve the whole building, AND you have to pay to use it.
Advice to owner:
Train your super and staff better. Actually listen to tenant complaints. Stop cheaping out on fixing the fixtures that need fixing!!!

Former Tenant
Pros:
Modern appliance (dish washer)
Cons:
Thin walls, 1 washer/dryer that the salon also uses, cleaning service for the hallway is awful, zero response form “management” about issues with apt/building, high electricity bill, building address is apparently not in the Census (possibly illegal),
