Pros:
Given individual privacy.
Cons:
Sometimes packages get stolen. There is no cupboard space so the kitchen stores nothing. The appliances are from early 1990 so everything is extremely OLD!!!!
Advice to owner:
Renovation needs to be done in apartments. Appliances need to be renewed.
