incredibly infested in roaches

Pros:
nothing was so deeply infested with roaches, it was completely disgusting, saw 20-30 everyday. The landlords were not responsive.
Cons:
completely teeming with roaches, evil to have rented this place out
Advice to owner:
get rid of the roaches, rented out an uninhabitable place

Pros:
Good location, nice looking apartment.
Cons:
First floor has an intense roach infestation, to the point where multiple rounds of bug bombing didn't help. Roaches in every room, including bedrooms. Infested the plants and furniture. Multiple every day in the bathroom. Ended up moving out after a week because of this.
Advice to owner:
Bring in a professional extermination company before renting this place to anyone else!
