DO NOT MOVE HERE
Former Tenant
Pros:
The bldg is rent regulated so rent is not as high as NYC average.
Cons:
The BLDG mgmt does nothing and they do not care about tenants. They will not fix broken windows, broken kitchen cabinets or nothing. If you have a broken fridge they replace with one from the 80's. Some tenants even buy there own appliances. All they do is collect rent and even if you go to court they do not take that serious. If you have a disability this bldg is not compliant the elevator is constantly not working. The bldg is infested with roaches, mice, flies, and even bedbugs. Also they charge almost 4mths to move into bldg which is unethical!
