Poor management, next to hospital

Pros:
Balcony for every apartment, pet friendly
Cons:
Only 2 washer/dryers for the whole building, management is unresponsive when issues come up. Basement is an unusable parking garage. Balconies mostly face an abandoned building
Advice to owner:
Respond to tenants and actually fix issues in the building

Pros:
Outdoor space and large windows for natural lighting. The super was generally responsive and tried to be helpful.
Cons:
Everything about management. They were unresponsive to emails when the building was unsuitable for habitation despite representing to tenants it would be. Violations included: lack of mailboxes for two months; intermittent loss of hot water; exposed wires; trash in the hallways. All of the purported amenities were unavailable (gym, laundry). The phone number for management didn’t work and they took months to respond to an email.
Advice to owner:
Respond to tenants in a timely fashion.
