Management is Nonexistent
Former Tenant
Pros:
Very spacious Good location Nice neighbors Laundry
Cons:
Pray that you don’t need something fixed. You will have to harass the management daily (which they will give you an attitude) and still won’t send anyone. Pray extra that you don’t need to deal with the building manager. Totally cheap and takes advantage of tenants. Will take months to even get in contact with him and he will be snarky and unhelpful.
Advice to owner:
Treat people as humans! This is people’s homes. Have some decency and do your literal job.

Absent Landlord and Super
Former Tenant
Pros:
cheap rent and beautiful layouts, really huge rooms for a good price
Cons:
super and landlords will never respond, we have had to harass them for months about very dangerous urgent matters like rotting black mold, water dripping out of light fixtures, walls caving in, loose wires, and they will not come unless you report 311 and call every day, even then they will show up and not address the problem, you should only rent if the place is in perfect condition because once you’re on the lease, you’re on your own
