Collapsing bathroom ceiling, and constant flooding with water damage.
Former Tenant
Pros:
This building gives good heat👍🏽
Cons:
leaking ceilings, flood from above, ceiling collapsed multiple times. Assault by mentally ill tenant, Section 8/program tenant is permitted to destroy the property with no liability. Automobile break in, and damage to parked vehicles. The management doesn't repair when needed, repairs are performed by calling hpd. Management repairs when rent due or has a court date.
Advice to owner:
Make all repairs when needed, don't wait for things to collapse, burst, and break, especially when the tenants advise you of an issue. Before it becomes a violation or problem.
