Beautiful Home for Small Family
Pros
The block is lined with beautiful tall brooklyn trees. The block itself is pretty quiet with mostly elders and older children in the area. The house itself is old but has touches of character such as the crown molding on the ceilings and the carved entryways.
Cons
During the summers we get many water bugs, roaches and during the winter mice run about. We have had to use many traps to lessen the amount of pests we come in contact with. Overall mangeable and expected for a New York City apartment.
