Property owners are very greedy

Pros:
The only pros to this address is its location. Close to public transport, corner stores etc…
Cons:
The landlord of this property cares more about money than anything else. Doesn’t show up on time to fix anything, yet increases prices for things left and right with no reason at all. You get zero notice until
Last minute. Floors creak, bathroom issue, flooding on the basement level at least once a week, roah, mice, ants.
