Pros:
Square feet, great previous owners, quiet
Cons:
Rent is now too high for lack of amenities, outdated appliances and lack of outlets. Rodent problem. Tenants can’t alter heat so it’s cold in winters. Restricted backyard access. No basement access including no washer and dryer access. Faulty toilet and drainage system. Bug issue. Retains smells
Advice to owner:
Charge people fair prices especially for what they are given. Let all tenants use basement, washer and dryer, backyard, and driveway. Make sure it’s warmer in winter. Call exterminator and fill holes where creatures can enter and exit. Learn more about real estate and being landlord and super.
