Avoid if you can
Former Tenant
Pros:
As far as the neighborhood, this apartment is near the 2 and 5 trains, near grocery stores with affordable prices, plenty of laundry mats, and the list goes on.
Cons:
Omg!!! The noise level in the courtyard is insane, especially in the summer.
Advice to owner:
You know what the problem are. Do better.

Worst Managed Building
Former Tenant
Pros:
The one thing that was a positive is access to transportation, and the washer and dryer in the apartment other than that I cannot honestly say anything other positives about the building
Cons:
Where do we start? Building management is terrible. The building has gone through 3 supers in a span of 3 years. The building is never cleaned; the neighbors through parties and urinate in the courtyard at odd hours, which is simply the worst. Management does nothing to fix the issues in the building unless you contact DOB. I would not recommend living here. It is a nightmare and not worth the price for peace of mind.
Advice to owner:
If you value good tenants and the integrity of the building, please change the way things are done.

Water bug problem! No matter how clean you are Dirty common areas( hallway & courtyard) Men always in front of building Random days without hot water especially in winter Landlord will try to increase your rent by an insane amount will this building is dirty and you lose hot water almost every week during the winter

Unhappy tenant
Former Tenant
Pros:
Train station is near by
Cons:
Noisy, a lot of loitering, no enforcement of loitering rules. low response time to apartment maintenance issues
Advice to owner:
Make building rounds more often to see what’s really going on. Be more responsive.
