quiet and calm
Pros
most neighbors don’t make noise and are all polite, common areas are usually clean, super is nice and responsive
Cons
pest control is supposed to come by every month but it seems more like they come every few months, hot water is hard to control, door buzzer does not work for our apartment because we don’t have new york phone numbers which are required to operate, we’ve found a few roaches that got in through open windows in the building
Advice to the owners
leave the windows in the hallways/stairwell closed or add window screens, there is no window screen currently so bugs can get in
