Piss poor landlord
Former Tenant
Pros:
Family friendly good location for city local transportation.
Cons:
The owner cares more about his rent instead of the tenants. It's now winter and we freeze in the night because the heat is cut of until 5am and it's only on for an hour it takes for ever to get anything fix it even goes as far to call 311 just to get them to respond. The front gate server no protection if you live on the first floor try to get access to the cameras and you can't because the landlord don't want to give no one access.
Advice to owner:
Do better before you have to pay for your mistakes.

It's Chaos.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Just the gate door for wanted guests.
Cons:
The superintendent doesn't get the job done and it doesn't commit to schedule, noisy neighbors, One floor camera system, package thieves, flase doorbell ringing. Constant floor parties at the basement.
Advice to owner:
Get a real superintendent that really wants to do the job.
