Absolutely disgusting …
Former Tenant
Pros:
Super was responsive and friendly
Cons:
Unit was in bad shape when we moved in. It felt dirty and unkept. We are leaving it in better condition than we got it after many deep cleans and the maintenance we did on it ourselves. Common areas are dirty. Homeless individuals sleep in the lobby. There have been a few instances where a homeless individual was asleep in the hallway outside of the apartment door. Packages get stolen consistently…it got so bad I had to stop getting packages delivered to the apartment and had them sent to my parents house to be picked up on the weekend. Closets smelled of cigarettes because the neighbors smoked inside. Cockroaches and fly infestations no matter how much we cleaned and sanitized. Amongst many other negative experiences living at this building.

Would not recommend this building at all
Former Tenant
Pros:
The units are large, the management is fast to respond, and the super is on-site most days & tries his best.
Cons:
There are bad smells in the building and a lot of bugs (they have provided exterminators with varying results). The lobby doesn't feel secure.

Decent looking unit, poor management
Former Tenant
Pros:
The unit is decent looking with large windows, newish appliances. The rent is also inexpensive compared to the rest of Brooklyn. There is a functional gym.
Cons:
The building has mice and isn’t clean. The elevator is constantly dirty. Most washers and dryers in laundry room do not work.
Advice to owner:
Hire a better cleaning service. Fix the broken glass door down stairs.
