It needs improvement

Pros:
Convenient walking distance to the subway,
Local dollar taxi runs on D to the 2&5 subway located on Nostrand Ave, and up to Kings Highway.
Decent size apartments.
Cons:
.Reoccurring water leaks in several apartments that eventually caused mold growth and smell.
. Grimy Looking hallway and lobby floors.
.Unpredictable elevator incidents.
.Stolen packages./ No secure delivery area.
. Questionable working security cameras.
.Doorbell wiring needs an overhaul.
.Occasional boisterous tenants.
Rodents in the walls.
Advice to owner:
Address the persistent water leak issue by fixing the pipes in the walls. Professional clean the lobby and hallway floors/ front of building. Have the door bell wiring fixed. Provided a secure delivery area for packages.

Has potential but desperately needs new management

Pros:
Friendly neighbors, affordable price, fairly quiet block
Cons:
Poor management; unwanted guests at late hours due to broken entrance door, lots of loud noise at night from people rummaging through the hallways. Super is very lazy takes days or sometimes even longer to actually fix something. With a little TLC and a fresh paint job this could be a nice building! Oh and the pipes need to be repaired!!!!
Advice to owner:
Fire the property staff and find new folks. They don’t do anything.
