Across the street from the subway
Cons:
ROACHES EVERYWHERE, CEILINGS CONSTANTLY LEAKED, WINDOWS HAD A CONSTANT DRAFT THEY WEREN'T SEALED PROPERLY, PLUMBING, ETC
Advice to owner:
Tear it down and start over.
