Everything Is Falling Apart Since the New Management
Former Tenant
Pros:
The closeness to the train is good. The apartments are spacious. The neighbors are pretty much ok.
Cons:
The hallway is very nasty. The building needs new buzzers.
Advice to owner:
Fix your building. If it is because people are paying low rent in the building. Then that isn’t fair. Upgrade the place. This is uncalled for. I am almost tired of complaining about things that need done.
