A Mice Infestation
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location is fine.
Cons:
So many MICE, maintenance of the building is terrible (the super Lucius, is very rude) and the heat never worked in one of our rooms. No care whatsoever by the Super or Landlords. They also had little to no care about the mice. So many plumbing issues. The front door never locks appropriately.
Advice to owner:
Invest in your building and take care of the infestation of rodents!!!
